- Return/Exchange Policy: We understand that you may change your mind from time to time, and we want you to be 100% satisfied with your crystals. We offer exchanges and returns for your Angelic Healing Crystals items within 14 days of your purchase date. Due to the limited inventory and rarity of many of the crystals, most of our crystals will be final sale. However, if there is a problem with your item, please reach out to us, and we will do our best to correct it in a timely manner. Thank you for understanding that the purchaser will be responsible for all return shipping/insurance charges.
- Tracking Your Return: We recommend that you send the merchandise back in its original packaging and that you insure the package. If the merchandise is lost or stolen in the mail, it is not the responsibility of Angelic Healing Crystals to replace it.
