How Do We Ship Our Larger Crystals? For our larger custom pieces (i.e., amethyst cathedrals, large quartz clusters on stands, or pieces exceeding 100 lbs and/or greater than 2 feet tall), we custom design a wooden crate for your specific piece, packed with love and care to allow for seamless delivery. We can ship by either air or ocean freight domestically and internationally (minimum $10K order-international only) directly to your door. We can provide you with an estimated shipping amount before your place your order with us so we can answer any questions you might have.
Processing Time: Please allow a processing time of up to 72 hours from the time of placing your order for your Angelic Healing Crystals pieces to ship. We will contact you if we anticipate a major delay in the order.
Shipping Restrictions: Angelic Healing Crystals does not ship Saturdays, Sundays or on national holidays. Orders ship within 72 hours of placing your order. Occasionally, orders will take longer depending on gemstone availability. We will notify you if this is the case with your order. Continental US orders are shipped via Fed Ex or USPS. All continental US orders must ship to a physical address, please do not use a PO Box as your shipping address. Credit Card approval must be obtained before the order is shipped. You will receive a follow-up email confirming the total of your order, including shipping and handling charges and sales tax. You may request expedited delivery for an additional fee. The availability and fulfillment of expedited shipping and delivery depends on the destination and the time the order is placed.

International Orders: For all international orders, the cost of shipping will vary depending on where you are shipping to, what is being shipped, and how quickly you wish to receive your package. Please allow up to 3-4 weeks (or longer for larger, crated pieces) for your shipment to arrive internationally, depending on the shipping method you choose when you place your order. We do our best to get our packages out as fast as we can. However, after your package leaves the Angelic Healing Crystals Warehouse, we have no control over the speed to which it arrives at your doorstep.
